Legs

Squat-- 135x6 /135x6 /225x5 /225x5 /245x4/ 275x3 /295x2-- all ass to grass, and form is looking good

Sumo Deads-- 135x8-- form is good, ass is down, can feel it in my legs-- 225x8, the next two were done standing on a 45 plate in order to get some extra depth and build power outa the hole.. 225x8 225x8-- 225x8 done on flat ground and they feel a lil lighter than the two previous..


All excercise done imediately following my partners set, only 30-45 second rest at the most...

no huge numbers to report, but i decided to get back to basics and make sure my form was on point... my workout partner was telling my deads looked like i was muscling every bit of the weight with my lower back and not using any legs.... so now it is GAME ON!!! time to grow and get some heavy ass weights moved

Over head cable ext- superset with cable press downs-- 4 sets of 15, man i really felt these, tris were uber pumped!!!
