Carl, these short rest periods are kicking my arse!!! but i do like it, i cant push as much heavy weight, but i do notice my form is SOOOOOOO much stricter

ok, so i forgot my log book last night.... i dont have numbers but i do have the excercises and the rep ranges... and that is how the cookie crumbles.

Chest, Traps, Shoulders

Flat BB Bench-- 4 sets of 8-10-- first time i have done flat bench in quite some time, actually felt alright, not too much paini in right shoulder, buti wasnt going super heavy either

Incline BB Bench-- 4 sets of 8-10-- also a first in a while, i always liked incline bench presses, these lifts where as heavy as my flat bench... crazy

Cable flys-- 30x10x4 sets-- i remember these, cause they are a constant right now, cant go heavier yet but i get a really good full range of motion and i can really feel these

Machine shrugs-- 180x15/ 180x15/ 270x15/ 270x15-- low weight, with slow and concentrated full range of motion... these really burned

Arnold press-- 35x10/ 35x10/ 35x10/ 35x10

Seated BB BTN presses-- 65x10/ 85x10/ 105x10--

Mass Addiction & Impac day 2-- no real notice from the MA, but im sure it will start kicking in soon... Impac, well all i have to say is............. I LOVE THE ENERGY< DRIVE AND FOCUS this gives me... and well the BETA tingles are awesome too
