Another week gone by.averaged two hours cardio per day (not Sat or Sun though), mix of walking and cycle. Still broke even on the weigh-in. Obviously output and input balanced so the answer is to off-set the balance with a little more out and a little less in. Simple maths but not so easy when falling to bits, just glad I'm not a motor I would fail my M.O.T!!!!!!!!
