Not me brother. I like Ripped, and I can only think of one or two enemies I'd do that to.

It's a recurring thing from about 5 years ago. I threw my back out and now every so often it comes and goes.

Man, I have that too with my neck (between my C5 & C6). At least on these things, the "goes" is a part of it. Hope you're on the mend soon!

Gonna hit the weights today, got up at 4am to workout this morning but couldn't find my papers so went back to sleep for an hour. Back is tight still but not much pain.
