After my last cycle, I do wish I was still on. Even with TRT test, there was a very strong crash.

Well I got my ass up @ 4am to workout this morning since this weekend is my brother-n-law, father-n-law and my birthday on the same day! We are leaving today for the weekend so won't be around and needed to get this done and logged. Felt aggressive this morning, great pump. Muscles feel full and hard. I know it's a little to early to really see the affects but I feel great.


Notes:Currently running 75mg's of H-Drol.
Mood:Good.
Strength:OK.
Libido:Great.
Recovery:Good.
Aggression:More than normal.

So you superset laterals after rows? How do you like that? I always did it the other way around.

No workout this week yet guys, Sunday the day of my b-day I wake up carry the baby down stairs to put her in her bouncer. So I reach out to pull her closer to me and POP there goes my back. Went to the chiropractor and he straightened me right up. Hoping to hit the weights tomorrow and slowly pick up where I left off. So for legs and back I will probably go lighter than normal for a week or two, till I'm comfortable then I'll add some weight.
