What's up guy's, it's that time for another cycle. I'm going to be running Hdrol 6 weeks and Mdrol last 3 weeks. I have been contemplating two different dosing schemes and will decide on how the sides are treating me if any. Dosing schemes look like this:
50/75/75/75/75/75 or 50/75/75/100/100/100
I have Nolva for PCT and going to run it at 30/30/20/20/10
Training: 4 Days per week STS were each muscle is trained "twice a week" using 3 exercises per major bodypart.
Saturday- Sunday Off- Maybe if the weather permits I'll do some running, same with Sunday
Goal: To gain 8-10 lean pounds of muscle and decrese my BF% by at least 2%.
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday – Less than 50g carbs, 2g Protein per pound of body weight
Thursday/Friday- 100-150g Carbs, 1.5g Protein per pound of bodyweight
Saturday/Sunday- 2g carbs per pound of bodyweight, 1g protein per pound
(Not sure on this yet, going to keep carbs as low as I can for as long as I can I think)
Liver Assist XT
and probably a few other goodies along the way.
