Ripped,

I'm just curious as to how your sleep has been. And with young ones around, how would you rate your aggression around the family. I tend to be a bit edgy myself (especially this time of year) and my sleep habits are lousy anyway. I was thinking about trying a cycle, but would like some feedback on these couple of issues.

Sorry for the late reply Big Val been swamped and almost chopped off my thumb (not really but I did cut it good).

1. My sleep is never THAT great but I have been taking a product called Black Out and def helps with the sleep area. If I had some FOG TF-1 'm sure my sleep would be great.

2. Aggression has been the highest out of any cycle I have ever ran, the reason being is this is considered a high dosed strong cycle. Around the kids it's been fine but i've snapped at the wifie here and there.

3. As far as trying a cycle just start out slow and make sure you do your homework. Also make sure your in a plattaue. Ask questions and then ask more questions.

Kept it simple today, I cut my thumb pretty good yesterday and it's still bleeding today. So needless to say it was throbbing and killed a little bit during my workout which took away from the focus. Not to mention the low libido right about now too. No other sides, every thing is good besides what I listed.


Notes:100mg's of H-Drol, 30mg's M-Drol, 4 pumps G-Force
Mood:OK.
Strength:Up.
Libido:Super Low.
Recovery:Great.
Aggression:
Very Aggressive.

Man, take care of that thumb. Thumbs are what separate the smart animals from the dumb animals. Nice workout none-the-less.

Thank you so much for the feedback. The aggression issue is my major concern. I can be quite an ***hole when I want to (and even when I don't want to). With a 16 month old here things get challenging (she doesn't communicate much except for whining and crying) and sometimes, well it gets to be more than I can bear. So I go for a lot of walks.

As for doing a cycle, we're a few months out yet, if at all. I'm definately going to study up a bit before I try anything. That's one reason I've been following your log. Thanks again for the response, and keep up the good work.

Nah just enough blood to come through the bandage. It hasn't bled today so I think I'm going to live. It was throbing like crazy yesterday though.

Day 30

I didn't do a damn thing! I was so lethargic I was out of comission. Went home after work and didn't do squat! Feeling good today though, so look out for my workout later.
