Squat form looks real good.

How long have you been using the "Top Squat"? I have one but don't use it much.

Strength increases across the board. Neck/shoulder sprain is almost gone and doesn't affect my training now.

Leg curl 42.5x8
Leg ext 53.75x12
One leg calf raise 22.5x8
Cable crunch 63.5x20
BB bench press 65x8
Pulldown 68x8
DB bench press 23.5x12
DB prone row 16x12
Rope pushdown 14.5x12
DB incline curl 11x11
DB side lateral (leaning forward on 60 degree incline bench) 8.25x12
