Chins: Bodyweightx8
DB row: 90'sx8
Deadlift: 315x8
Glute/ham raise: Bodyweightx8
Wide grip BB row to the chest: 125x8
One arm BB shrug: 120x8
BB preacher curl: 110x8
Incline curl: 40'sx8
DB wrist curl: 55'sx8
Pinwheel curl: 30'sx8

The reason for the drop in poundage for the rows was because I'm doing the chins first from now on.

Thanks for the props. They run around 60-70 minutes, depends how quick I can load and unload barbells and navigate through the mess the losers that were there before me left. How hard is it to put weights and equipment away, and why the f*** am I tripping over a bosu balance board around the Olympic Lifting platform and the power rack?
