Seated row/Delt machine

1st set 50 lbs 15 reps
2nd set 70 Lbs. 12 reps
3rd set 110 Lbs. 10 reps
4th set 130 lbs reps

Lat Machine

1st set 80lbs. 15 reps
2nd set 100lbs 12 reps
3rd set 120 lbs 10 reps
4th set 130 lbs 8 reps

1st set close grip 90 lbs 12 reps
2nd set close grip 110 lbs. 10 reps
3rd set close grip 130 lbs 6 reps
4th set close grip 150 lbs, 4 reps

Nice work jd. hey you can just do a running log in this thread. no need to make a new thread each work out. Then you can also track progress as you go.
