Im going for it.. Bodyfat coming down slowly but surely. Having some weird bumps in the road.

Great fun lifting session, broke 2 pairs of straps by lifting heavy a$$ weight and at half a chicken.

Deadlifts
Watched 2 beasts pull 585, my back wouldnt handle another day of deadlifts.

Leg Press
Got up to 1000lbs before I started to call quits, me and my short legs had a disadvantage of unracking it and I played it safe.

Shurgs
6-7 pps before our straps started to just snap off.
