75x20 - slow and held at the bottom for each.

Notes: Good workout, preworkout cardio really woke me up and got me going. The more I went up on deadlifts, the easier it seemed to get today. Pretty good day, lowerback is sore already.

Cardio:
Earlier in the day, 15 minute HIIT
Preworkout, 5 minute HIIT 10 minute MIT
Postworkout, 12 minute LIT

Ahh no. Ive thought about getting tattoos several time, but great advice my dad has given me was to do what I want but if I want it, wait a few months and think about it then if you still do go for it. Things last forever and some look dumb when you get older.

No leg presses today, didnt feel confident enough to try and push myself, so I played it safe.
