Great leg day. There is nothing worse (or is that better) than Leg DOMS.

Good looking back work and congrats on the new partner. That should take you places. My schedule is so up and down I won't subject anyone to me changing times etc. on them all the time.

Thanks dude. My legs and back are still killing me. It wasnt changing times, it was my old partner/good friend always asking for help then ignoring my calls when it was time to lift to do something else.

Sound like the new routine will inflict some SERIOUS damage to those muscles.
At your level maybe thats just what you need.

Dude is huge, 240lbs currently with abs(he's 6'2) but da fuark. also I think he just turned 20.. That video was 2 years ago..
