It is amazing how humbling a picture can be, have to work on my posture. While I look worlds better than I did when I started this journey in the waning weeks of 2007, I still look bad. Guess I have gone from horrible to bad, a move forward but not there yet. I can see improvements compared to past photos, but not what I want. I will be transformed, not conformed!

It doesnt matter where you are now, its where you have come from and where you are going that are the important parts... Your doing solid work, be proud of yourself and your achievements so far.

Thanks guys, as I said, the photos are a bit humbling. That is not always a bad thing, it is a motivation.

You will achieve your goals. I believe in you and as long as you keep making small steps toward improvement you'll smash your goals. I'm a bit timid to post up my pics trust me.
