Those pictures on the front page have now fired up my motivation. I want to be transformed, I am sick of looking like a praying mantis who swallowed a basketball. I would love to get down to about 10% BF by the end of this contest.

Insights

Squats - These were tough. I think it may be because of two Fit For the King classes in the past 24 hours and I have been demonstrating squats and deadlifts.
SOHP - These felt the best they have felt in ages. Up a pound here. Micro FTW!
Inclines - Missed the left hook when re-racking and nearly dumped the bar.
Chest Supported Rows - I loved the ROM today. I need to find some more plates and longer handles so I can push the weight up on these. Until then, I will be subbing V-bar rows or Pendlays starting Monday.
Chins - I was pretty worn out by these and actually surprised these were as good as they were.

First 4 weeks of the Classic Challenge in the book. Was thinking I would need a recovery week, but I am feeling great. A nice weekend of rest and I will be raring to go.

I will be posting on my primary log from here on out, until picture day. I have too many logs going on, between my original log at BB, my primary here, this one and a sponsored log I start on Monday. I am getting them all mixed up.

The whole session looks great Dave. Good to hear that your staying on the front side of the recovery curve.

I need to get a shot of coffee before I head out the door for home. I'm dragging today, from poor sleep last night. Sleep will be a good thing tonight.
