Hahaha thanks Carl. Felt great doing my cardio yesterday. I had so much energy. Can't wait to hit the iron today though. Its snowing again here in Philly and we are supposed to get 4-6 more inches this evening. I'm so tired of this winter. I feel like I live in Siberia.

Great session Tim, that is a lot of cardio bud!!

I am also sick of the snow here in Philly, but I am sure as hell hoping that work gets canceled, my shift starts at 3 so there is still hope!
