weight felt light today. Dips are serious though felt a nice burn across the chest. I could see this being a really tough workout once the reps and weight start progressing. I loved every minute of it today. It was a blast!!!!

And, were off!

Great start Tim.

Don't worry about the dips. I pulled back to 3 sets for a few weeks to build reps a little better. You could just keep doing 3 sets until your getting 3x10, and then add the other two sets in.

I felt really tired on the 3 set and couldn't even hit 8. Overall the workout was the funnest time I've had in awhile lifting.

I rock the time but you rock the heavy ass weight. I wore my heart rate monitor and kept a close eye on the time between sets. This is my first time doing it and I was aiming for 50-55 minutes so I came in right where I wanted to. As time goes by and reps get higher and weight increases I could see this taking a bit more time but my goal is to always keep it between 45-60 minutes.

I'm still a work in progress with squat but today my form felt really good and I had some gym vets looking on and they said it was ok.

Pushing some real weight on the big moves will probably keep the time around an hour. Thats still a solid goal. The full version of the intermediate can probably be kept at around 75 minutes.

Reeves own version of his intermediate was said to take him around 2+ hours to work. Wait till I write the advanced version.
