Smile Workout 1/22/11

I did 10 Minutes of cardio on the arm bike.

3 sets of 10 incline press 80,110,140 Lbs.
3 sets of 10 Chest Flyes 60,100,140 Lbs.

3 sets of ab crunches seated 50,80.110 lbs

3 sets of oblique twists for 2 minutes
