Today's Training Log
It's been a while since I have been on here. Here is today workout log.
3 sets 6-10 reps pushdowns
3 sets 8-10 reps kickbacks
3 sets 8-10 reps tri extensions
3 sets 10-12 reps alt db curls
3 sets 10-12 reps seated cable bi curls
4 sets shoulder press 2 sets with 20 lbs. 2 sets with 25 Lbs
3 sets rear delt machine 1st set 80 lbs 10 reps 2nd 110 lbs 8 reps 3rd set 140 6 reps.

When are you competing next? I am hoping to do the Ohio show on April 16th the wheelchair Natural nationals. If all comes together money for everything ect.
