Every day when I check the news it's blizzards here, records low there and meanwhile I've been running in shorts and a t-shirt all winter long (except for last week). Can't say I'm not thankful!

I am trying to get my wife to move to AZ but all our family is up here. For my line of work I can live anywhere. Might as well be warm.

I miss the snow sometimes, mostly around December/January. I'm over it by February and ready for Spring but it's been a few years since we've lived anywhere with very cold winters. I'm kind of looking forward to not being able to wear flip flops and shorts on Christmas...

Overhead BB Press: 80x10; 90x9
Shrugs: 215x10; 225x8
Incline DB Hammer Curls: 35x10; 35x10 I have some funky pain in my forearm from the BB curls, it's been going on for a couple of weeks but was always healing between sessions. Today I couldn't stand the pain after two reps so I went to incline DBell curls, and did Hammer Curls which seemed to be the less painful version I tried today. I'll just keep doing these until that pain in my forearm subsides.
Pullups: 50 at home. I'm cutting pullups out of my gym time due to my limited gym time. I'll just hammer 50 out at home in increments of whatever I can handle!

I've had similar issues with barbell curls in the past myself.

Great pullups work by the way.

Calf Raises: 155x15; 185x15 (standing w/Barbell)

I won't be working out on Friday or Monday as we're going out of town. I'm going to try to sneak in a workout on Saturday to cover for those days. I don't know if I'll do sprints tomorrow or not...as I sit on my couch and think about it right now I'm feeling no... perhaps I'll find motivation between now and lunch time tomorrow.

I'm really pleased with this workout and my progress. I was able to press more today than Monday no problem and I haven't stalled with my bench press as I thought I might have by now. I'm going to try to get 8 reps with the deadlifts before adding weight so next workout I'll go up to 320.
