Yeah it ramps up a few weeks at a time then drops down to ramp up again. I did this both for squats and deads, set my on rep max low (approx. 425) and built the percentages from there. The whole idea is to retrain my CNS, correct and form flaws and strengthen all connective tissues for these two lifts. At the end of the cycles I will reevaluate my lifts and go for a true one rep max and recalculate the percentages. Make sense? LoL

I need to add different kind of anchors to my bench. When I rack 315 it tips back a bit Just an inch, but plays with my head.

I like the look of that setup.

Weight is up one pound after "refeed". Hoping to be at or under 307 by weeks end. All in all I am quiet pleased with my results, strength is so-so. I am sure that this will stabilize in a week or two, I hope.
