Well time for a new log, I don't have another meet planned right now. I will be doing some raw offseason training until I have another meet in mind

(Just a easy workout today. Pretty much just pumping some blood in the muscles.)

I have been eyeing a SPF meet on March 26th. This time around Dave Brown will be helping me with my training. My workouts are gonna look alot different this time around. He's seen me lift in person and has been watching my videos so he know's what weak areas I need to be working on. I know with someone experienced helping me out I should hit a big total(big for me anyways lol)

Mon- Bench
Tue- Squat
Thu- Bench
Fri- Deadlift

(Squat sets felt really good and strong. This is the first time using the SSB for a ME exercise.)
