If you put that into a thread of it's own on the powerlifting forum I;m sure Tony would see it and answer.

Great workout as always MG.

Great for squats, but I don't think they'll workout to good for deads.

Strong sumos G.

Youre doing right about the rest, dl numbers (for me atleast) tend to go downwards at a certain point if i dont take a break from it. Then UP again when back at it with a fresh lower back :P

Monday 3/7/11 Monday's are normally squat day but I decided to bench today

Recumbent Bike- 5mins

Bench Press
45x10
95x8
135x5
185x3
225x2
275x1
315x3(DD shirt)
365x missed(shouldn't have went for this much weight today but Dave told me to try it)
Added 3 Board, took off shirt(POR Grip)
275x3
295x1

Green Band Pushdowns
3x12
Hammer High Rows
70x3x12

(That was it, should have went with my original plan and squatted because I felt like crap. Oh well next week I'll be back on scheule and I'm really going to start dailing everything in and try to bring my raw strength up(i'll still be pulling and squatting in loose briefs). I'm planning on doing a meet on July 23rd in Pelion, SC)
