(That was it, had a ok workout. Deadlifts are feeling strong. Also congrats to Phil on his 415 bench.)

(Had a ok workout. Still feel like I'm trying to fall off of the right side of the bench when I'm getting the weight handed off to me for some reason, maybe I'm wopsided on the bench. Went light on my triceps because my elbows have been acheing on the bicep and tricep tendons.)

Missed Friday's deadlifts and back work. It has been crazy at work this week, I have worked close to 50hrs, and Friday I was pretty dang tired when I got off from work
