You have to have bad training sessions to make the good ones look good. Keep grinding.

That is true

Friday 5/27/11 Deadlifts(WK 5)

115x12
90x12

V-Bar Pulldowns
80x12
110x12
130x12
One-Arm DB Rows

90x12
110x6
each arm
BB Shrugs(on Smith)
135x12
225x12
245x12
135x20
didn't use a belt or lifting straps on these, just wanted to get in a little extra grip work while still working my traps

Alt. DB Curls
20x12
25x12
30x12
One-Arm DB Hammer Curls
25x12
30x12
each arm

Hex-Grip DB Holds

(That was it. I wanted to do some chain suspened good mornings after my deadlift sets, but my back and hips have been bothering me a couple of weeks now. I went yesterday and got them adjusted at the chiropracter so I decided to skip out on the GM's today and do reverse hyper instead to prehad my back. Also I didn't get in any of my planned cardio work, wife was rushing me.)
