After that set I decided to rig something up because I did not have a spotter and wanted to hit a solid 1rep. So I put the bars in the rack low and used some bands, though not 100% raw all it gave was a small boost from the bottom, maybe a inch 1/2 lol.

I liked it, plus it takes your legs out the lift so = no leg drive which i use alot of during bench lol.
