i've done the same thing in the past with using smaller plates to create a deficit. looks like great minds think alike, indeed. great work trap!

Thanks LtL, I have not focused on deads for a while and I think it's about time I gave them so love lol.

Yea I really liked it, and while using the sumo stance made me get really low to the ground and having to pull from where I had *NO* power from hehe.

For the most part yes, But I have tried pulling convo recently but my hips don't seem to like them as they use to so gonna stick with sumo for good.
