Sumo deads of 45 rubber plates:
added pro Squatter ( Just trying to get the hang of deadlifting in the suit)
straps down

455x0 Someone must of stapled it to the floor lol. Was pulled out by this time. the deficits really burned me out. Was not smart at all to try this. Well live and learn.

If 25 put you at 2in deficit, then 45 was about 3.5 in? If you are able to get to the bar with your suit on, you got the hang of it haha. Its hard to get my fat body down without the deficit haha. Strong work!

Actually I should of went into more detail on that lol. After the deficits, I stepped off the plate then put the rubber 45's down and pulled weight off of them. But either way, My dead's suck LOL.

The 25's and 45's that we use for Block Pulls and Deficit Pulls are the thick rubber bumper plates. He was doing block pulls when he got in the suit, the 45's put the bar at about mid/upper shin level.
