Also I meant to tell you if we are all truelly training partners, you need to let ALL OF YOUR training partners know when yall are not gonna be at the gym, and not just keep it between you and Cam. Cam did come help me for a little while with my shirt Wednesday, but damn yall got my cell phone number and u could text me when u 2 aint gonna come to the gym and not just keep it between yall 2.

Since it was my first day back in like a week I figured I would kinda take it easy. But with easy came a decline PR . Only problem was my butt came up for a second then went back down so Im not sure if I should really count it but I will anyway lol. I believe it was because I was trying to use leg drive with my feet not on the ground hehe.
