Thanks btb, as of right now my one board press is 25 pounds more than my off the chest . I believe this is more in my head than anything, But I'm still going to incorporate some Dead bench into my training to help generate power at the bottom of the lift.

Hope it works. I tend to get too sloppy when I don't use a couple pause sessions a month.

Did you mean paused or pin presses?
