This would of been a PR but I set up too far down the bench and felt like I long armed it and when I pushed it kinda went back and DX was about to grab it but right time his hand touched the bar I corrected it and pushed through but still not comfortable with saying I got it so........ )

Reverse band bench: complete deload at top comp-grip
