570x1 not even an inch from touching but still no touch
tried again but got a pain in my left shoulder so I shut it down

I feel like I have so much potential , just need to get use to the heavy weight on my back and get use to feeling the weight with the thick straps.

It felt pretty good , just had trouble feeling the weight on my back due to the thick straps so kind of got out of groove but was still smooth. I think I'm gonna use reverse bands that way I can get use to having that much weight on my back. But btb I believe with some practice and pure will I can have a 650+ geared squat by December.

Nice. Reverse bands should be a quality addition.

Was going to put on a tighter denim shirt here but only had muscleg with me so decided to just use the loose one I had
added dbl denim: comp-grip

460x0 almost had it, get it next time

Although I wanted to get into the tighter denim , it still hit a shirted PR so still was a good session along with another POR raw PR.
