BtB, I'm loving it. Metal Militia has been my saving grace in bringing up my bench. After each cycle I just make sure I change the rep scheme or vary my grip on certain exercises and the PR's just keep rolling in .

That's one scheme I know little about. I've done some reading but never enough to grasp how it's run.
