Nice choice

Just start light (about 50% of your usual working weight) for the big lifts and fairly light for the others.... honestly as the week goes on and reps increase and the cumulitive effects kick in it gets harder than you would think.

I normall rep 100kgs or so on bench this morning i couldnt hit the reps I wanted to with 60kg

Really enjoying your journey into this program. It's good to see the thoughts of someone else who's new to fullbodies...

I am really impressed by how briskly you are able to complete each workout.

Cheers Steve, I have a feeling its gonna get harder and harder to keep it around the hour mark, but i am loving the intensity it brings by reducing the gaps and rests for sure. I like the feeling of starting something brand new and laying all my thoughts (random or not) out there so if anyone else is thinking of it they have a bit of a reference guide...
