thanks guys, yeah I will be around a bit more again now I think as things get in to a routine...

Bench again next session and I think its 107.5kg for the singles, so just one session away from PB city. I have done 110kg before, but the bar stopped about 3 inches from the chest so this is definitely all progress

107.5kg x 1/1/1/1 - 5th was a miss went up about 6 inches then wouldnt budge

Still 107.5 to the chest is a PB so happy with that. Ill stay at this weight now till i get all 5 singles.

To be fair with everything happening at the minute diet is shit, just not eating anywhere near enough. I know I can definitely eat myself up to some good numbers with this routine, but stuff keeps getting in the way..

Bench

Will be hitting up a bit of OHP tomorrow and perhaps a run and then Im looking forward to a good beasting traqining with big Al and hopefully Hazzard at the wekend

yeah really looking forward to it, i think we are having a DE day for bench which is something i have never done before... im sure he will try his best to kill me and i cant wait, just what i need to get my arse in to gear, but i need to eat big before i get there...
