cheers guys... was supposed to deadlifts after the last bench session, but i ran out of time So i did them today instead

Deadlifts

Bar x lots, some stretching and hanging from a high bar
60kg x 8
100kg x 6
120kg x 5
140kg x 3
150 kg x 2

That was it lol. Then i did 20 mins on a cross trainer and went for a shower.

upped weight on bench back off and it felt about right, ill hold it here for the next session. 75kg felt much heavier for the rows with a wide grip, but still felt like I was at the right weight.

Nice work buddy. I would recommend doing a few more warm up sets though. Probably double up on what you did there. It'll make that first rep with two wheels much easier.

Nice Deads! Very nice Bench!

I agree with Al, add some more reps at lower weights on the bench. It'll prevent that sticker shock on your big reps.

Now, what can I do to help my squats and deadlifts?
