cheers guys. I am supposed to be squatting and some light conv deadlift form work tomorrow, but I am itching to try a deadlift PB and I want to try the biggest lift challenge thing too...

My trouble is I want to do ever lift everyday lol

Well shoulder started playing up so I though i would take a week off, so i havent been around much on the forum, I have had a week off from training and work. But today i started a new job (with so far un-blocked access to MAB ), with crap pay, a nice car and that is next door to my gym Bur crap pay is better than no pay at all....

Tomorrow i am back on it... Cant wait

Is the shoudler pain free now? Have you had treatment/self-treated?

Its fine now mate. it felt OK after the last gym session I had, but then the following day it was hurting like a biatch. I have iced, stretched and stuff so treated it myself. I bust up the RC a while back and it has never been right since to be honest, but it is good enough now. It was about time for a week deload anyway, and it gave me loads of time with the kiddies at home to do stuff.

Itching to get back in the gym now though

I hear ya on getting the itch to lift as I have been off lifting now for 1 week as my intercostal between my 11th and 12th rib heals. I'm so very happy that your shoulder is ready to go!!

Congratz on the new job as well. It may not be perfect, but it sounds good enough to tide you over until something better comes up. Great to hear things are looking up for you mate
