He really did have an awesome shape... I think I have always suffered with narrow shoulders and no chest (I've always had big legs and my arms grew quite quick without being worked much so I was lucky there, but shoulders chest and back are really the areas I want to grow more than any other, so this routine is working out perfect

Thanks again for all the help

Carl

You'll look amazing once you finish this routine Carl. I have too many trouble areas to begin where to start but I think once my weight starts moving downward I'll have a nice base eventually.

Great job Carl. It is heart pumping when you realize you did more than you thought you were doing. Great work. You will progress, just stick to it.

Give me a few minutes...

Carl...your front pic really reveals great mass. If you cut you would easily hold your own at a bodybuilding contest. Not trying to push you into doing that mind you...

90% of naturals don't have your leg mass.

Cheers Steve... bit of a way to go to Reeves though huh lol I have always had fairly big legs, but as soon as i look at squat rack they grow. My arms were always twig thin, but the last year or so they have just grown quite quickly.. I just really suffer with back, shoulders and especially chest (that being said my chest has definitely grown, up untill a couple of years ago i could feel my ribs through the pec )

Carl.

Edit:what bf% would you put me at. I have some really cheap calipers that i worked ou to be at about 18-19% ???
