thanks bro, i gotta take it easy on the deads though recently had a lower back injury cause of my form so im trying to get a deadlift video tonight and gonna post it up

One Arm Dumbbell Row

2- 10 rep @ 20 lb
3- 8 rep @ 25 lb
4- 6 rep @ 30 lb

Deadlifts
1- 12 rep @ 70 lb
2- 10 rep @ 70 lb
3- 8 rep @ 75 lb
4- 6 rep @ 80 lb

Workout notes :

- 45 min lit cardio pre workout

- Form is really good on all exercises

- could have lifted more more deads but taking it easy

- HIIT and abs tom
