Thanks man!! Ahh yeah just dropped weights by 2.5kg or so. But on deadlifts Im going for a new PR, its going to be painful hahah.

Thanks guys!!

Ahh today is Australia day, so last night we went out celebrating. Went to the local pub, had some cheap Australian beer (havent drunk in a long time) and picked up girls hahahaahah. Ended up with 3 hours of sleep, never the less, I still had gym today!!

Notes: -
-Was a HARD workout with only 3 hours of sleep, but I got through it!!
- Everything felt good!! Deadlifts were killer, I HAD to get a PR for the PR challenge. But because I had to drop the weight on everything, I chose to progress on deadlifts to go for a PR. I managed to get it, but next week I will put deadlifts to 160kg, which is what it should of started on.

Nice job of getting your work in Spart despite a night of partying. Thats the way to do it. I used to be able to do that when I was in my 20's now that I'm 33 a night of partying leaves me zonked for a day or 2 after.
