Thanks guys!!

Today I had a 45 min drills session for Muay Thai, my kicks were lacking a bit , the two week break over christmas took its toll!! I plan on practicing my kicks every day or two on my punching bag braced against a wall. Was a good session, sweated it out .

Hahah they are the shorter classes. The normal ones are an hour of drills followed by 30 mins of either sparring or cinching. I normally do those, but im trying to get extra shifts at work, so I have to do the slightly shorter classes on different nights , but luckily this is just for a month or so

But tomorrow night is about an hour of sparring sooo pumped for that
