Workout Time: 50 minutes
Workout Grade: B

So, this week is deload city. Been going since November and have not missed a workout, so I decided to deload. Interesting (first time I have done this). Felt a bit like going through the motions and was interesting, for example, to see how easy BW Dips feel now.

Thanks Carl. I am very happy with the scale. Titan reminded me last week that he is almost a foot shorter and 40 pounds heavier and that, with my low gain last week, motivated me to eat (even when I didn't feel like it).

My training at work is sucking big time. The trainer does not know the program well enough. I could fumble around with the manual and teach myself in half the time with half the boredom. UGH.
