I really should find a way to squeeze in more cardio, but all I can think of is finding time on Sat or Sun and that just...blows.

Good weekend. Pizza Friday was awesome-- had a large brick oven pizza-- half pepperoni, half meat-lovers.

Chest and Cardio

Shoulder Prehab at Home
DB Bench Press 35x15, 45x15, 55x10, 55x12, 60x10
Incline 140x8, 140x8, 200x8, 140x8
Dips BW+55x15, BW+55x15, BWx15, BWx20
Pec Deck 100x12, 130x12, 140x10, 140x10 (different machine)
Cybex Straight Legged Calf Raise BW+270x25, x25, x25
Treadmill 20 minutes

Dips were not feeling smooth today, so I dropped the weighted ones after the second set. I think this was because I could really feel my chest during the DB bench session today. Shoulder felt alright throughout, so that is a good sign.

In other news: An effin fight almost broke out in the gym this morning (I was on the treadmilll at the time) between a guy who appears to be in my age-range and an older gentleman. Older gent was 2 treadmills away and the other guy hopped on the treadmill beside him and started barking at him. My headphones were one (and I have seen the younger guy doing back work while I was benching) so I have no clue what he was on about. SMDH. What is the world is there to get upset about at 530 AM when most are half-asleep?

Weighed in at 216.8 this morning. Happy to see some upward movement, but unhappy that gains have stalled so much while battling this intestinal stuff.
Follow up appointment with the specialist is tomorrow morning, so will see what he says--meds seemed to work about 3 days in, but since then, have not been helping.

Still on my quest to find new dress shirts, so I took current measurements on Sat before heading out to the mall (all cold but flexed):

Neck: 18
Shoulders: 50.5
Chest: 44.5
Belly: 35
Arm: 17
Forearm: 13
Hips: 43
Quad:26
Calf: 16.5

No wonder my shirts have been choking me, they are all 17s or 17.5s. Oh well, at least my neck is bigger than my arm, unlike the Situation. LOL

The strength comes from my power belly. Believe

Did you see the footage of Brian Siders' bench at the weekend? Bench belly in full effect.

Thanks Carl. It's weird, but I don't feel big. I feel TALL, but not big. I look at guys here and some in my gym and I feel little.
