Shoulders

Seated DB Press 30x15, 40x15, 50x12, 50x12, 60x8
Seated DB Lateral Raises 20x10x4
Dual Cable Lateral Raises 30x10x3, 20x12
Seated Cybex Military Press 150x12, 103x10
Reverse Pec Deck 115x10x3

Today's session went well. Elbow was okay for the most part. Discomfort was mild. Again, still working lighter to maintain stricter form and not put undue strain on the elbow and forearm area. Cybex machine was not good for the elbow, so I will be avoiding it moving forward.

On top of my twice daily stretches, I have been using two topical rubs. Capazin and Perform. I found both at Walgreens. Capazin is best used with the sponge applicator, so you can avoid contact with fingers and then eyes or nose. I applied it at night. This morning, while training, my sweat re-activated it and my elbow got insanely warm (I was told that this would happen). Perform is a menthol rub. I used it after training (post-shower) to cool down the muscle. It is similar to Bio-Freeze. So far, so good.

Me too, Al. At this point, I am just trying to stave off atrophy. I want to push something so I can maintain some decent strength and not lose too much size.

I'm hoping Santa will bring me reduced pain and discomfort.
