Great work MC and awesome news that you are at 210lbs even though you have been off a bit and sick mate, thats great.

I think so, too. The issue is that I was so lean (skinny) for so long, I had really got used to 6'2" @ maybe 185 or so (after being sub-185 for ever).

But, I have plans to keep myself rolling:

1. I will not take a waist measurement. Most of my torso fat is right around and below my navel. I won't take a measurement as I think this will distract me.

2. I won't worry that I may outgrow all but one pair of jeans. 3 pairs left that I can shovel snow in (long johns are a must).

3. I will watch my legs and back for growth, so I don't think it's all going to my belly.

Ab, good to see you big guy!

We had ice on everything this morning, so my workout was very abbreviated (i.e., no cardio).

Back

Seated Plate Loaded Row 90x10, 140x10 (closed grip), 140x10 (Wide grip), 180x10 (cg), 180x8 (cg) x2 (wg) PB for reps at this weight.
Reverse Closed Grip Lat Pulldown 130x10, 170x10, 170x10, 170x10
HS High Row 180x10, 220x10, 220x10, 220x10
Shrugs 385x12, 385x12, 385x12, 385x12

And that's all folks. They are calling for more ice possible tomorrow--UGH.
