Good quick workout today. My lats have been real sore since my shoulder day for some reason and I think that may have made the 70's feel a little heavy at the beginning. he weight isn't all that impressive, but the super set is a killer. I'm taking very little rest between sets. No cardio today because I locked my keys in my car and my ride showed up a little earlier than expected so I didn't have time to get the cardio in.
