Notes
Today's workout was quick and effective. I got it done in 32 minutes. I've come to realize that my rests are a whole lot shorter than most other people. It is just how I do things. I totally changed up my strategy for shoulders. I'm trying to destroy the side and back delts as suggested bu BigFiveFive in order to look more balanced. My shoulders are lacking horribly. Along with my back, but that's another story. I did the only exercises I know for side and back delts. If anyone has suggestions, I'd appreciate them.

Notes
Went with my sister to her gym today to help her train and regain her motivation. While I did not like the gym at all, I was happy to be able to help my sister and show her some intense ways to train. She did a very good job as well and was hanging with me the whole time. Besides the fact that the gym was small and we had to wait for equipment a lot, this was a very good workout.
