Awesome workout today. Got some PRs while really getting a good burn. I don't usually like high rep sets, but it felt good today. I love it when I have a good back workout because it doesn't seem to happen very often. AND I am finally seeing a little progress with the weight loss.

It's been spot on. I took out the banana at breakfast, 1 slice of bread at lunch, and took out a sweet potato at lunch. The only thing different for today was some black beans at dinner.
