That's more like it! I'm hoping for a lean 175. But we will see if that is in the cards.

Well we are gonna smash some BBQ next Tuesday so I'm sure that'll throw some added weight on haha, but it'll drop off quick enough.

Notes
Another day, another PR. Sounds cocky but I go in expecting a PR. If I don't get one, then I hate myself. The 85's feel heavy but I'm happy I am getting some reps. They aren't baby reps either, I am getting within an inch of my chest. On the iso presses I was really going for the squeeze and burn. It felt good. I was on a pretty slow jog on the running today. No cardio tomorrow, and going for a fast mile on Saturday. We will see how that goes...
