I took one pack of Cellucor M5 & one pack of Cellucor No Extreme 30 mins before workout


Pre workout meal was 1 can of tuna and one cup of brown rice.



My package for my MAX Stack from Gaspari got stuck in that bad snow storm up north so its a few days behind im looking forward to starting that stack tomorrow.

I worked out with one of my boys tonight it was a pretty crazy workout but had a great pump.

Took one scoop of cellucor M5 and one scoop of cellucor C4


Pre workout meal was 6 slices of turkey and one cup of rolled oats
